What counts as a certificate?

One unique original PDF successfully analyzed with AI or saved to your workspace. Reopening it or saving another review of the same original does not use an additional certificate. PDFs can contain up to 10 pages and 10 MB.

Does MeltLedger certify origin or compliance?

No. MeltLedger helps you organize and review document evidence. You must verify every value against its source. It does not authenticate certificates, determine material conformity, or issue customs or legal clearance.

Can it read scanned certificates?

Optional AI analysis reads the original PDF, including scanned pages. Suggestions remain unreviewed until you confirm them. Unsupported or missing fields stay visible instead of being treated as confirmed facts.

What happens when I reach the limit?

New certificate processing pauses. There are no automatic overage charges. Existing reviews and exports remain available. A paid plan includes 100 new certificates per monthly billing period; unused certificates do not roll over.

How do cancellation and storage work?

Cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Each workspace can hold 100 saved review snapshots at a time. Export and delete older snapshots to make room.
